All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any item will remain in stock. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.

Prices & Currency
All prices displayed on our store are shown in the applicable currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Placing & Confirming Your Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items under these terms. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by our certified payment processors.
Order Confirmation
Sent by email once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified.
Payment Processing
Handled securely by Shopify Payments or other certified gateways. We do not store card data.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. A full refund will be issued.
Currency
Displayed at checkout. Final charge is in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
06 — Shipping & Delivery
Getting Your Order to You
Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and costs are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms set out in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Loghaus pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Loghaus is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier after dispatch.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. We encourage you to review it before placing an order.
EU customers are additionally entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

All content published on this website — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, text, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of Loghaus or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
