01 — Return Window
30 Days to Change Your Mind
We accept return requests submitted within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order. After this period, we are unable to process a return or issue a refund.
To qualify, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

02 — How to Return
Starting the Process
All returns must be pre-authorized before sending any item back. Follow the steps below:
01 — Contact Us
Email contact@loghaus.store with your order number and reason for the return.
02 — Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
03 — Ship Your Item
Pack securely and send using the provided label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
03 — Damages & Incorrect Orders
Something Arrived Wrong?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@loghaus.store.
We will assess the situation and provide a resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund.

05 — Exchanges
Swapping for Something Else
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
06 — EU Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you may withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy. Items must remain unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
07 — Refunds
Getting Your Money Back
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
